At Peace Group of Schools, we follow a February–January academic session. The admission process is designed to be simple, transparent, and parent-friendly. Parents are encouraged to complete the admission formalities within the announced dates to secure a seat for their child.

Admission Timeline

1. Admission Opening:

Admissions for all classes (Pre-Primary, Primary, Elementary, and Secondary) open every year in December.

Parents may collect admission forms from the school office during working hours.

 

2. Form Submission:

Completed admission forms, along with required documents, must be submitted before the deadline announced by the school (usually mid-January).

Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

 

3. Admission Test & Interview:

Students applying for Primary, Elementary, and Secondary levels are required to appear in an admission test in English, Urdu, and Mathematics.

Pre-Primary students (Playgroup, Nursery, KG) are assessed through oral activities and a short interaction session.

Parents will also be invited for a short interview to discuss the child’s background and expectations.

 

4. Merit & Selection:

Admissions are granted strictly on the basis of merit, availability of seats, and fulfillment of admission criteria.

Priority is given to siblings of existing students (if seats are available).

 

5. Confirmation of Admission:

Selected students will be notified within one week after the admission test/interview.

Parents must deposit the admission fee and first month’s tuition fee within the given deadline to confirm the seat.

 

Required Documents

At the time of admission, parents are required to submit the following:

Duly filled admission form

2 recent passport-size photographs of the student

Copy of B-Form (NADRA) or birth certificate

Copies of parents’ CNIC

School leaving certificate (for students coming from another school)

Previous academic record/report card (if applicable)

Age Criteria for Admission

Playgroup: 3 years (on 31st March of the admission year)

Nursery: 4 years

Kindergarten: 5 years

Class I: 6 years
(For higher classes, age is adjusted accordingly.)

Important Notes

Admission forms are available at the school office from December 1st onwards.

Last date for form submission: 31st January.

No admissions are granted after the closure of the schedule, except under special circumstances approved by the school administration.

Parents are advised to apply early to avoid waiting lists.
